Design Diary 8 October

Thursday 8 October

With the deadline fast approaching our ideas started to finalise and we soon had a goal in mind. In a clever way the final idea actually pulled together all of the individual ideas from different members. The idea was central to the theme leisure and the need to represent the contrast between confinement and work with that of freedom and space. This meant that somehow there had to be containment that leads to openness.
Excitedly and enthusiastically we scribbled together ideas and hurried dispersed to collect various building materials that be of use. I think everyone felt as though they were a part of this project and would all come spend some of the weekend thinking of it all. Monday would bring a new week and new energy. By Thursday I’m sure we’ll all be ready to present to the AM group our findings of route 4 in Portsmouth…
